Look in the athletic world. How many pro athletes do you know who are still functioning after they're 40? That's because they don't have the information and they are limited in their thinking and they expect things to happen and they do because that's what happens with everyone around you. So you think it's normal. That's not normal. Create your own normal, whatever that is.
