Our bodies operate electrically. All of our cells transmit electric frequencies that run our heart, immune system, muscles, and nervous system.
Going outside, taking off your shoes, and reconnecting with the Earth is more important than you think.
In industrialized societies, we rarely go barefoot outside and absorb the ground’s energy. If we do go outside, we’re often wearing rubber and plastic-soled shoes that act as a barrier to the Earth’s energy, insulating the body from the much needed electrical contact with the Earth.
The next time you’re out for a walk or in your yard, take your shoes off and feel the ground beneath your feet. By allowing the negatively charged Earth to interact with your body, you’re replenishing your body’s store of electrons. This positively impacts your immune system and can also help decrease inflammation.
