Living in a state of brain fog seems to have become the new American normal. We go to bed tired, and we wake up just as tired. Insomnia and sleep issues are on the rise as are stress, anxiety, and depression.
Some of this is purely due to stress in both our personal and professional lives as well as living in and existing in today’s society. It’s challenging to avoid and impossible to escape 100% unless you live in a bubble with no outside influences. That just isn’t possible for most of us.
This keeps your body in a constant state of fight or flight. Your adrenal glands work overtime and often burn out. When you get to a state where your adrenal glands are tired, you will be too.
Eating well, working out, getting sunlight, and drinking pure water, are all incredibly helpful but if your body isn’t getting what it needs for support on a cellular level you will still feel dragged, tired, and foggy.
You aren’t alone!
And………. It’s not your fault.
Your body is crying for help.
When we are kids our cells replicated and renewed, shedding the old and replacing them quickly. Our bodies healed fast, we bounced back, and our thoughts came to us easily. We had plenty of energy and life was fun, day in and day out because we felt good.
That doesn’t need to end because you have gotten older chronologically. Aging has been deemed a disease by the World Health Organization. Where there is disease, there are treatments and both natural and scientific advancements that can help make life better, more enjoyable, and easier.
