Hi, I'm Phil fill my pockets and this is what I do. I get in the way you see. I'm what you call a pharmacy benefits manager and I, my friends and the one who's really in charge of your medicines. We pharmacy benefit managers have invented lots of ways to make money off your medicines. One of my best tricks is the script scam. That's where I charge you and your health insurance plan a lot more for the drugs you need than I pay the pharmacy where you get em. Yeah, you heard me right. I actually mark up your medications and put the money in my pockets. 

I'm really supposed to be doing nothing more than pushing paperwork boring. So what I did is cut me some sweet deals with the big brand name drug companies get this. I got them to pay me to favor their drugs over somebody else's, and not even your pharmacist can do anything about it. I know I know you're probably thinking how come I've never heard of you before. Well, that's because I prefer to work in the shadows.

See if people had any idea how much money I cost them and higher drug and insurance costs. They might, you know, get a little upset. I like being in this spot, patient over here, pharmacist over there and me right here in the middle, raking in the profits at your expense. Well, I'm going to turn in now. Who knows? Maybe tonight I'll dream up another shady scheme to make even more money
