What is Real Health?

What is Real Health:

Everybody is always looking at ways to make more money in this world. That's one way to look at it. I think the proper way to look at it is how much value can you create? How much value are you creating in your environment around you?

How much value are you flooding your universe with and the people who are around you, how many people are being affected by your contribution to this world that you live in? If you're going to be alive, be very alive. If you're going to get healthy, get very healthy. If you're going to get into fitness, really get fit. If you want agility, mobility, flexibility, really take it to the levels that you can. And it just takes a little bit of practice per day to become better and better and better as you get older.

Now, aging is a It's a wonderful thing. We are pro-aging. We're not pro-deterioration. We're not pro-decay. We're not pro-going down. No, no, we're pro-aging because the older we get, the wiser we get, the better we get. Now, money is the fuel that people put in their tank. They could have the most beautiful Range Rover in their driveway or Lamborghini or whatever car they so choose. If they don't have fuel in the tank, they're not going anywhere. So why would you love the fuel in your tank? You just simply use that. That's fuel. That's what money is. And it's all about how much did you flow in your life?

How much did you flow out to everyone around you? How much did you find out what your own personal gifts were that can then flow through you for everyone else?

Because your gifts are not for your self-aggrandizement. Your gifts are for the value enjoyment of everyone around you. And that's what real health is all about. So the healthier you get, the more people enjoy their presence around you.

The more you're acknowledged, loved, respected, the more you're adored, the more that things go the right way. And as you're challenged, you have the joy inside, the strength to get through those challenges, because we all have challenges. If you don't have challenges, you don't get stronger, you don't get wiser, you don't learn, you don't get deeper character.

There's no character without suffering, but we don't go look for suffering. Suffering comes all in its own. And it comes in different forms. And if we accept it for what it is, and that it's actually something to strengthen us and make us a better person, then we can use that to get healthier and we learn from those things.

That's what those trials are for.
