Today I would like to talk to you about your schedule. You are your habit's. Our default button in our daily schedules determines our outcomes/results/manifestations. Most of us are not even aware of what we are and or not doing. So the first thing you need to do is write down everything. Write down what and when you eat, drink, wake, workout or not and when you go out etc. so that you can become aware. Then schedule your days out, now ahead of the week. Schedule everything in it how you want it to go. Then at all costs. Stick to it. The key to manifesting what you love is being disciplined and dedicated to your dream schedule. If not you will not get the results you want. If you want to lose weight, glow, have a nice fit physiq, but you are not sticking to daily eating healthy foods and workouts. If you only eat healthy and workout sporatically, you cannot expect to get the results you desire. No one can do your push ups for you. Not even the Universe. The Universe can help you make time, find and join a gym for a great price close to your home, find a trainer or make more money to hire a trainer, but the Universe cant do your work out for you. You have to sweat out the toxins. Drink the the water. Do the leg presses, squats and arm curls etc etc. for yourself. thats on you. smile emoticon. So get clear of what you do, then set what you want to do, set a new schedule of you doing all the things you want to do and stick to it. Then as you keep doing it day after day you will start to see results. If you wobble out and you will, go back in, the strong keep going back in and start again and again. They never give up.
