He was scheduled to go to California for the big annual High School show choir competitition with his big brother Max, a senior, a week before the China virus hit. Freshman/Senior brothers, a once in a lifetime event. It never happened, an early victim of the flu.
34 weeks later, Gus's grades have gone for A's and B's to C's and D's. His older brother skipped his first year of college. Gus slides out of bed 15 minutes before virtual class starts and hates most every class, especially the lame version of what has become virtual choir.
So a couple days ago here in New Mexico I see this...
21,000 children have left the public school system in New Mexico in the last 34 weeks!
9,000 of them have been "found" as they have either filed the paperwork to be home schooled or they have enrolled and registered in private schools. But 12,000 kids are truly missing. Some may have moved to Texas or other states without the heavy handed government we have here. Most it's surmised have just dropped out at home.
So far, as of today we've had 1,136 die with some level of COVID virus in their final blood test. Notice I didn't say that 1,136 DIED OF COVID. The experts say a small fraction of those who died actually died exclusively from COVID.
Meanwhile ultra liberal Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisholm seems mostly concerned in landing a cabinet position on the Biden administration and her Democrat controlled state house of representatives and senate mostly concerned with doing the bidding of the New Mexico public teachers union.
Near the end of what appears to me to be the largest mass voter fraud in US history, the stories of the Gus's of the world are not mentioned.
But my warning to the left wing Democrat party is simple, it's only a few years before Gus and his fellow students are voters, they have a pretty good understanding of what has been stolen from them and they're pissed.
Time will tell.
