It's all about perspective...
In business, perspective is all about how your customer views things.
Nobody's product or service solves every problem. No product or service was designed to solve every problem.
Just be sure to know where, what you do "fits".
Don't oversell but when your solution does "fit"...
Don't be timid, take the order, enroll your new client, and give them what they want.

PS - a LOT of the insurance agents I talk to right now are struggling to get on track. From what I hear and read the same is true for people in all kinds of occupations. The "new abnormal" has knocked a lot of people "off track"
