The journey is not always easy as it has its ups and downs but at the end of the day its all part of the beautiful journey so every second should be cherished and enjoyed.

No matter what's going on in our lives we always have the choice to decide how we're going to respond.

Our lives are dictated by the choices we make so with that power we get to decide the person we choose to become and the life we wish to experience.

I believe we should all strive to be the greatest versions of ourselves that we can be which requires dedication, hard work, discipline, sacrifice, mental fortitude, self-love, and forgiveness.

Striving to be our best selves is a journey with no destination because we can always improve in some area of our life and this is beautiful because it always gives us something to strive towards and keeps life fun and interesting.

We must find our purpose, embrace the journey, and take on any challenges in our way with a smile.

Some of life's challenges seem insurmountable but I promise they're not as we have the ability to make it through the storm and come out stronger on the other side.

Having a passion and a purpose gives our lives meaning, which gives us the power to push through the tough times, dig down deep, and put in that extra effort that we didn't think we had in us.

We should set big lofty goals for ourselves, then develop an action plan breaking down those lofty goals into smaller manageable pieces and each day work towards accomplishing those smaller tasks, and before we know it we'll have accomplished those lofty goals that seemed impossible in the beginning.

When we strive to be our best selves we become more equipped and capable to help our loved ones, friends, community, and the world, not only through acts of service but also by inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves, creating a ripple effect.
