A coherent mind in the present moment is more powerful than you may have been lead to believe. That which falls inside your sphere of awareness, also finds itself inside your sphere of influence. Energy creates matter. The mind has influence & even control over energy. Open your mind to the idea that more is possible than what you may have previously accepted. Expand your awareness to become truly present.

There are untold numbers of studies that have demonstrated the mind’s ability to influence both energy & matter, both local & non local. Which is to highlight that your sphere of influence not only extends outwards, it also extends within the body. In one such study, the heart math institute demonstrated that individuals were able to either tighten or loosen the double helical coils of DNA purely via intention & heart coherence. It was even demonstrated that individuals were able to tighten or loosen 2 strands of triple helical DNA coil & leave the third coil unchanged by the same method. What this demonstrates, is that you have power over your DNA just with your mind.

- Vast amounts of the mind, i.e. your subconscious, exists in an eternal present moment, devoid of the linear constructs of past & future time. As you expand your awareness in the present moment & your influence too, the conscious mind extracts out space and time. The mind transcends local time & it extracts out judgement also. Which is to say that ‘ego’ is left aside & we begin to exchange perception for knowledge. It is in this state of expanded awareness & heightened influence, that the mind, in one sense has power or influence over time and we become truly present.
