
In a study at Aarhus University analysing data of more than 800,000 people born from 1992 and up until 2007, researchers found that children exposed to green environments in their residential areas were at less risk of developing ADHD.
This is not the first study to highlight the link between access to green spaces and brain health and mental wellbeing, and many of us know intuitively that being in nature can be healing.
It's great that studies like these further encourage the integration of nature and green environments into health programmes,
