Anti-Aging

Posted by Bobby Brown on November 06, 2020 - 6:22pm

When talking about aging, we often hear the words "free radical" in the discussion.  Some free radicals are a normal part of metabolism, but others are the result of exposure to things like cigarette smoke, x-rays, air pollutants and industrial chemicals.

Humic and Fulvic Acids are powerful antioxidants that inhibit the production of free radicals.

Since free radicals are a primary cause of cell damage and aging, taking in one of the most powerful antioxidants that exists is key.

Another big factor in aging is nutritional deficiency.  When in a state of mineral deficiency, the body essentially starts to break down.  It just doesn't have the building blocks necessary for good function.  Dr. Linus Pauling, the famous Nobel Prize recipient best known for his work with vitamin C is said to have concluded that "you can trace every sickness, every disease and every ailment to a mineral deficiency."

Humic and Fulvic acids are probably best known for their ability to transport  nutrients.  In fact, they carry many times their own weight in essential minerals, vitamins, electrolytes, and more.

This benefit, combined with the antioxidant power afforded by these amazing compounds, gives life and longevity to all cells.

Lastly, although they are technically acids, their action in the body is as a buffer.  A buffer is a substance that works to neutralize and balance pH.  When our bodies become more acidic, usually due to our acidic diet or kidney problems, the immune system does not function optimally. Acidosis, too low a pH in the body, causes premature aging.  Taking in this buffer will literally help keep you (your cells) young!
