One of my favorite Jim Rohn quotes is:
“Discipline weighs ounces, regret weighs tons.”
The following exercise will hopefully inspire you:
This is the number of days you have been alive!
For me: 365 x 54 = 19,710 days
Now subtract that number from 27, 375
27, 375 days is 75 years. According to the experts, aged 75 is the median life span.
Doing the math:
27, 375 – 19,710 = 7665 divided by 365 days = 21
Again, according to the experts: I have approximately 21 years to live...
My goal by the way is to live to be 100! :-)
What's my point?!
You can make the next 5 years the most exciting, amazing productive years of your life so far. Or not.
Do you want this to be just another 5 years? What do you really want to do? to be? to go?
If your life was perfect 5 years from now, what would it look like?
If your income was perfect 5 years from now, what would it look like?
My suggestions? Keep Calm.
