ATTRACTING AN ABUNDANT LIFE BEGINS WITH GRATITUDE!!!

We must be thankful for the blessing we already have if we wish to attract more and greater blessings.

What we focus on we attract.

If we're always focusing on the negative aspects of our lives we will continue to attract more negativity because our brain will continue to actively look for everything wrong with our current situation.

As shown in my post last night, Trevor Moawad explained that negativity is 4-7x more powerful than positivity, and becomes 40-70x more powerful when we give voice to these negative thoughts.

So thinking negatively and voicing those negative thoughts dramatically increases the probability of more negative things to occur in our lives.

Instead, we must use this knowledge to minimize our negative thinking and words, replacing them with positive thinking and words, specifically ones expressing gratitude.

Gratitude is extremely powerful, especially when we voice our gratitude, because just like with negativity, by voicing what we're grateful for we increase our probability of gaining more to be grateful for.

GRATITUDE ATTRACTS ABUNDANCE!!!

A simple way to practice gratitude every day that I use right when I wake up is, I close my eyes, smile, and say at least 3 things I am grateful for.

These 3 things can be literally be anything some examples could be your family, friends, pets, a morning cup of coffee, your bed, the roof over your head, the weather, a book, your favorite T.V. show, Abundance Mind Hacks Media 😉

There are no rules for just be genuinely thankful and when you say what you're thankful for feel the joy these things bring you and how you truly are blessed.

Gratitude also has scientifically proven benefits including:

1. Gratitude opens the door to more relationships

2. Gratitude improves physical health

3. Gratitude improves psychological health

4. Gratitude enhances empathy and reduces aggression

5. Grateful people sleep better

6. Gratitude improves self-esteem

7. Gratitude increases mental strength
