
Beliefs are powerful. Thought energy is powerful. Those beliefs, which start as tiny seeds planted in our minds, create a framework of rules from which the programs that govern our experience of life are formed. Those subconscious programs dictate: the behaviours we exhibit, the choices we make, the emotional reactions we find ourselves having, the stress we experience, the people we find attractive or repulsive & so much more.
- All behaviour is belief driven. All of the decisions we make are based on beliefs & the deeper I have gone in to the work that I do with the brain, the mind, the body. Upgrading people’s experience of life & healing a myriad of dysfunctions that people experience in their lives, what I have seen time & time again, is there wouldn’t appear to be many a condition that can’t be completely resolved with nothing more than thought energy & beliefs. I also see that there are occasions when other stimuli or inputs produce a successful result in equal or less time. I few ask the right questions, the body will always tell us what it needs in order to heal, recover, improve or enhance itself & more often than not, it will indicate that a new belief is what it needs.
- Be positive in your thinking & follow it up with positive actions. Even if you’re working at it on your own & only have access to the conscious mind, you can still plant these seeds of belief in your mind, that may one day grow into success, happiness, fulfilment or whatever else it is you choose to focus on. In the work I do, things are far more specific & the fascinating thing is that there is always a perfect belief & a perfect place in the mind in which to plant it, that will produce the greatest effect in healing disease / dysfunction or upgrading or high performance, or anything in between & though there are commonalities, it is always different with each person
