Benefits of populating your gut

Posted by Bobby Brown on October 28, 2023 - 5:34pm

We often talk about the benefits of populating your gut with beneficial bacteria, but what about bad bacteria?

Some bacteria strains you're probably already familiar with include Clostridium difficile (C. diff), Eschericihia coli (E. coli), Salmonella, and Staphylococcus. These bacteria strains can grow in the intestine and release toxins, leading to symptoms like abdominal cramping, diarrhea, and nausea.

Other signs that might indicate you have an unhealthy microbial population include abdominal bloating or cramping, diarrhea or constipation, fatigue or sleep disturbance, rashes or other skin conditions, the development of chronic diseases, such as autoimmune conditions, and food allergies or intolerance.

GutBiome6 Support helps foster an environment that encourages microbial balance and protects you from environmental toxins that can lead to many of the symptoms listed above.
