Movement helps build better brains!

Cross crawl exercises are simple ways to give the brain a boost throughout the day.

How to do it: Stand with your feet apart and your arms open parallel to the ground. Shift your weight to your left foot, lift your right knee and touch it with your left hand/elbow. Step back to both feet and immediately shift weight to on your right foot as you lift your left knee and touch it with your right hand/elbow. Repeat this several times in a comfortable, upbeat, rhythmic way. Add in some music or do this on a more challenging surface (pillow, foam pad) in your bare feet for added brain benefits!
