Every single one us is carrying, or has carried wounds. Each of us has experienced emotional wounds in our lifetime & though we mightn’t hold conscious awareness of the links, these wounds create compensations in our physiology... It’s definitely worth looking into
- The human brain has evolved with this incredible, built in, survival mechanism. By remembering every survival threat & every trauma that you’ve ever experienced, it can produce a seemingly ‘instinctive’ & appropriate response in an instant, should your survival come into question. It’s this instinctive response that potentially saves your life.__
- The brain is constantly scanning for threats or potential traumas. The memories of each & every one of these traumas are stored in our Limbic system (emotional brain) & that system projects out through a multitude of connections to just about everywhere in the body, so in a sense the tissues, which hold an altered electrical charge as a result of the trauma, hold a link to those traumatic memories also.
__
- What we didn’t evolve with were treatment modalities that can go in to the Limbic System & clear the charge away & even upgrade the subconscious programming around these previously stressful memories. Thereby restoring the tissues to their original electrical potential & in a very strong sense, making your body move like it’s younger again.
