Facts tell, and stories sell!!

In order to have an impact, our stories must help people believe that what we have accomplished can be duplicated for them! Everyone has something they struggle with. Those moments don’t inspire or motivate others unless we can articulate how we were able to overcome to be who we are today.
A good story should include:

1. What was your life like before you found your company (background, profession, who are you)

2. Why did you look for another opportunity and join your company?

3. What is your life like now and why are you excited?
