FAIRY-TALE ESTATES AND 21ST-CENTURY NOBILITY

FAIRY-TALE ESTATES AND 21ST-CENTURY NOBILITY

Visit two fascinating German estates of very different characters during this special Privileged Access experience. Take a scenic drive through the forest to visit charming Schloss Mespelbrunn, home to Countess Gräfin Hedwig Margarete. This romantic castle is surrounded by a moat and nestled in the Spessart forest. See the trout-filled moat, then savor a taste of finely smoked fish and a glass of sparkling wine in the salon. View the regal Knights’ Hall before heading to picturesque Miltenberg. Stroll through town and enjoy a hearty lunch followed by leisure time. Continue to Schloss Löwenstein, the estate of the Prince of Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg, and heir Princess Stephanie, the godmother of the Viking Hild. Step inside the enchanting family chapel and visit the Norwegian-inspired winery in the former stables. Sample family wines, accompanied by the family’s signature wild boar specialties and regional bread.

* Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines. Total time walking or standing is normally not longer than 1.5 hours.
