
Fluctuations in energy levels happen, and life is in a constant flow of change – where we are going, our work load, family events etc… and each of these things can play a key part in determining HOW we feel.
However, we can give our body a helping hand by loading it with energy promoting superfoods.
Those super foods don’t have to taste like grass cuttings…. Unless you like that taste!!
You can put super foods into a Smoothie that can provide your body with the element it needs for a super energy boost.
This Strawberry smoothie is one of my favourites!
• 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
• ½ frozen banana
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 3 tbsp coconut flakes
• 2 tbsp goji berries
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
Put everything into a blender, and blend it’s that simple… if it is a little too thick for you just add some extra almond milk or even a little water….. Enjoy!
