Freedom from capturing what goes around is more than just avoiding germs

Freedom from capturing what goes around is more than just avoiding germs. It requires a balanced and robust immune system. Redox signal molecules provide the means to prepare our systems for what can come.

Smart Cells-No organ system in the body is closer connected to the brain than the immune system. Because white blood cells basically contain the same neuropeptides as in brain cells, ′′ think ′′ they as brain cells, a fact that initiated an entire research area, psychoneuro immunology.

The grocery molecules used by the immune system to convey groceries are redox molecules that pass groceries hundreds of millions of times a second through the body. This information we use by cells to defend, map and reorient our different immune cells, while interpreting information from strange intruders, sick cells or cancer cells.

Inflammation - We are trained that inflammation is a bad thing, but inflammation is necessary for healing, but when it's done it has to stop. The immune system rely on it because it defends us against dangerous organisms.

When antigens are detected, redox molecules cause a cascade of chemical reactions leading to an inflammatory reaction - the first part of the healing process. No molecules, no inflammation, and therefore no ability to detect the activation of our modulating genes. This critical step leads to the release of proteins and other immune mediators, and the launch of the attack in full activity.

Just like Redox signals play an important role in strategic sending an attack, it is the redox signals that allow the regulating and ultimately clear the attack - what we call the healing process.

All of this is led by the genius of our redox-driven biochemistry. We take this for granted until we lose these equipment to illness or chemical toxicity.

Immune signals - Every intruder requires a specific immune response. For example, allergens cause very different redox reactions than viruses, so it takes very specific signals that need to be clearly read to create the correct reaction. Missed signals can be life-threatening. Fortunately, our systems have supportive plans and ways to modify our chemistry if the front lines fail to monitor properly.

The circulating guards we call white blood cells have different names and individual functions. They share with each other the need for continuous surveillance and control possibilities to help us maintain balance. The first line of alarming this wonderful system is a simple redox molecule that can cause a large or small inflammation, depending on the work we do.

Immune Reaction-Adaptogenic genes turn on and off to control our immune responses and help us adapt our biology to the changing environment - and they are redox sensitive. RSM also activate antioxidants that help correct oxidative stress associated with inflammation. The maintenance of healthy cells serves to create these small powerhouse molecules and leads to a balanced and appropriate immune response.
