Who does not love Raspberries, love the taste, and the tang and the fact they are super delicious with Dark Chocolate!
But taste is not the only thing raspberries have going for them!
They have one of the highest levels of vitamin C in the berry group along with significant levels of anthocyanin.
Raspberries are an outstanding source of phytonutrients, and provide us with dozens of anthocyanins, flavonoids, stilbenoids, phenolic acids, tannins and lignans.
They are an unusually concentrated source of ellagitannins (like ellagic acid), cyanidins and pelargonidins.
So good news for people with Arthritis (which includes me!), studies have shown extracts from the fruit reduce inflammation and osteoarthritis symptoms. Maybe adding a few Raspberries to your regular eating plan could be a huge benefit!

Raspberries are also an excellent source of manganese, and dietary fiber. They are a very good source of copper and a good source of vitamin K, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin E, magnesium, folate, and omega-3 fatty acids
