By wait there is even more, Broccoli is also an antioxidant; it’s has lots of kaempferol, isothiocyanates, omega-3 fatty acids. Because broccoli contains glucoraphanin and indole-3-carbinols, it can help prevent the growth of certain cancers in the body.
