HOW TO RECHARGE

Posted by Bobby Brown on December 23, 2019 - 6:39am

HOW TO RECHARGE

We all have bad days but when we feel exhausted day in, day out this can start to take its toll, not only on our physical health but also our mental health.

Our energy levels can dictate our well being. If you feel like you are chronically exhausted this could be a sign that you need to recharge.

These are some steps you can try to help recharge and get back to being more you.

1. Do something each day that fits your strengths:

Using your strengths everyday can be beneficial and has been shown to boost confidence, reduce stress and aid growth and development! Whether it’s taking up dancing again or being kind to people at work, find what your good at and do it as much as you can.

2. Don’t stress about stress:

Stress doesn’t always have to be a bad thing. Whilst chronic stress is detrimental to health, a little stress does the body no harm and can be a good warning sign before letting it worsen. Experiencing a little stress can often help you grow!

3. Connection:

Seeing the impact that your job has on the end user can boost your confidence and motivation in the workplace. This can be done by reading testimonials or simply having a chat with a customer and asking them for feedback.

4. Self Care:

Taking time out each week to put yourself at the top of your own to-do list can make a massive difference. This doesn’t have to be anything special and doesn’t have to take up all your time. Simply taking yourself to your favorite cafe or making sure you have time to read your book can make your week a whole lot better!
