Incorporate Fire Cider To Your Daily Routine

Not many people have heard of fire cider. It’s a warm drink containing many more powerful anti-microbial and decongestant herbs and spices. Be prepared for a drink that’s not only hot in temperature but also flavor. That’s because this cider contains horseradish, onion, garlic, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and hot peppers. It is not something to squirm away from because it will kick your immune system into high gear and keep those sinuses clear. Thankfully, you don’t have to drink a lot of this to receive its powerful effects.

Add all of the herbs and spices to apple cider vinegar. Keep it in a dark cupboard for at least a month. That will extract all of the beneficial properties from them and infuse the vinegar with them. Once it’s finished brewing, just add a tablespoon of the cider to your diet every day. Your immune system will be better than you ever thought it could be. Not only that, it’s a great way to warm you up during those winter days and keep those runny noses away.
