Life long learning is the pursuit of healthy, if not, improving brain function throughout the entirety of the life span. The brain, much like the rest of the body works in accordance with the ‘use it or lose it’ principle. A goal for all of us really should be to continue learning throughout life, expanding one’s mind, finding fulfilment, maintaining function & eventually achieving mastery over chosen pursuits & one incredibly powerful way to do this is: Never be afraid to pursue one’s own truth. Don’t let doubters deter you, or the framework of a given paradigm block you. Never be afraid to revisit what you thought you knew & unlearn outdated knowledge in the pursuit of something greater. Your brain will thank you for it!
