I have a business page on Facebook for my business inCruises as well as my own personal facebook page which I have had from about 10 years. I have never advertised on facebook or used their "boost" (which is a paid per click type of advertising) for each post you make. I thought i would be easy to do, you can limit your daily budget, and limit you monthly budget as well. So I figured I would give it a try, what could it hurt, right?

When I tried to boost my first post, it stated boost unavailable, and when I clicked to learn more, it stated my account had been suspended from advertising for prior issues. I thought that was very weird, for I have never advertised on Facebook, ever! So I sent in a message to their so call customer service dept, (which is a joke by the way). I never heard a word back from the company regarding my questions. So a few weeks later I sent in another request for an explanation, and after a few weeks went by, nothing from the company.

Last week, I tried one more time, and a miracle did happen today, I received a response back from some idiot that work for Facebook. The relpy was short, they looked at my account and stated they could not help me. That was it, that was their response. In other words they did not want my business.

I am not really sure how this company could grow so big, with absolute Morons running the company, they truly could care less about the people that use their service or want spend a little money with the company.Their attitude is one of they coulde care less, if you don't like how they do business, that is fine with then,

If you are one of the lucky ones you might get a response back from them but don't hold your breath, because I truly believe they could care less what we think as consumers. So I took my business elsewhere..

That is why I am here on Markethive, hopeffully this company can put the fear of God into Facebook and start taking some business away from them. I have known Tom for years, if anyone could pull this off it would be Tom and his company! Go get'm Tom!
