Rosemary has particular significance as a herb of remembrance, as it is found growing wild on the Gallipoli peninsula.

However, there are many benefits to this fragrant herb, it can help with digestion and it also contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and antibiotic compounds

Now scientists have shown that the plant really is linked to better memory.

A study of pensioners found that simply being in a room diffused with the smell of rosemary boosted memory test scores by 15 per cent.

So add a little rosemary oil to a diffuser to help your busy brain remember a little better!
