Because you can earn as much as your heart desires
Because you can give yourself a promotion
Because you reap the full rewards of your talent
Because you can surpass less talented people
Because your best effort is worth more than your average co-workers, but they earn the same amount
Because you get to evaluate yourself based on your own efforts
Because you can learn as fast as you want
Because your value will increase instead of decrease as you get older and wiser
Because your age and wisdom become an asset instead of a liability
Because you can live debt free
Because there will be something left at the end of the month with a possibility of it increasing based on your effort

Statistics about women
47% of women over the age of 50 are single and financially responsible for themselves
