Walking for 30 mins a day, can make a huge difference in the way you feel, and look!!

Walking is a great way to increase fitness, you will be amazed to see how much distance you can cover in 30minutes as your fitness level increases.

A great way to keep track of your progress is to keep track of the number of steps you take in that 30 mins... there's lots of apps you can get for your phone that will help you track it and they will also show you your progress!!
