You know what breaks my heart?
If I Ask most people to make a list of the things they are NOT GOOD at (things they don’t like about themselves) they can literally break out a piece of paper and begin writing nonstop can make a list of hundreds of things.
But… If I ask that same person to make a list of their GIFTS or TALENTS. They go blank. They hesitate, they struggle , often can’t list a single thing
At best maybe one or two things, And they say it very uncomfortably
