Rates have gone up, significantly... It’s not just the rates. It’s the lack of carriers that will ensure you as well.

Insurance Companies have always placed profits over people whether you talking about Health Insurance or Property/Auto Insurance .

In Traditional Health Insurance, Those who are healthy pay dearly in insurance premiums for those who are not. Same with property /auto insurance, even if you had no claims, it does not matter, they will still jack up your rates to cover for those who make claims, all along as the insurance company continues to profit.

Not for long, we are starting to see a shift in the market place, especially in the health care industry with Health Sharing. For those people that are in relatively good shape they could save up to 50-60% when it comes to health care. You will no longer have to pay or get your premiums increased to support the people who are not in good health.

I think you will be seeing something similar in the property insurance/auto insurance as well. If you keep a clean record in terms of claims you will be rewarded for that, not penalized because of those who are making claim after claim.
