The Secret to Youth is Found

The Secret to Youth is Found Boosted Through Cellular Regeneration

Society is Obsessed with Youth. The entire beauty market is hyper-focused on looking younger and retaining qualities of a youthful appearance at seemingly all ages. What seems to be often overlooked is the direct link to health and beauty that must be nurtured in order for our outer appearance to remain intact over time.

While we can put on things like makeup, or hair dye, and make ourselves match the colors of our younger days, those are just a masking technique. Once they grow out, fade, or are wiped off, you are back to start again and the reflection in the mirror shines back at us reflecting how well we have (or haven’t) been able to take care of ourselves over the course of a lifetime. While a good part of aging is rooted in genetics, a lot also has to do with how you choose to care for yourself and the lifestyle that has been lived.

The difference on a cellular level, which is where health begins, is how quickly and cleanly cellular replication and turnover happens as a repeating cycle. When we are kids this pace is incredibly quick. We are resilient. Kids can bounce back from nearly anything and are always full of energy.

As we age the cellular DNA level growth of new cells, shedding of the old, and replacement begins to slow. As it slows the signs of aging can begin to creep in. We may feel less energetic and need more rest, our skin can begin to look a bit lackluster and possibly start to show fine lines, and as time marches on deeper wrinkles. The sun may do damage to our skin creating unevenness and spots, and the collagen levels can decrease leaving our skin less full and able to bounce back and more prone to sagging.

The Good News is… It Doesn’t Have to Be Like This

When you take care of your health and wellness on a base cellular level your body responds with a faster cellular turnover and that leads to better skin quality, increased energy levels, and better health overall.
