Vitamins and minerals are essential players in maintaining your health.

Posted by Bobby Brown on October 29, 2023 - 4:10pm

Every day, your body is creating skin, muscle, and bone. It is producing blood that carries nutrients and oxygen where they are needed. Nerve signals are constantly being sent to the brain and throughout the body through different nerve pathways.

And in order for your body to do all of this, it requires vitamins and minerals that it cannot create on its own in sufficient amounts.

Vitamins and minerals are considered essential nutrients, playing many roles within the body. They help heal wounds, strengthen the immune system, convert food into energy, and repair cell damage.

But before they can benefit our bodies, they need to be digested, absorbed, and transferred where needed.

Gutbiome6 aids the movement of nutrients through the one-cell-thick epithelial membrane in the gut lining, pulling water, minerals, vitamins, and nutrients into the blood stream where they can be transported to where they are needed within the body.
