The more you wear your socks and insoles the better. I encourage people with pain to wear them constantly, except in the shower.

If you have pain or sleep poorly, I highly recommend you wear the socks to bed. The low-cut socks are ideal to sleep in. 

The insoles can be washed with cold water and liquid laundry detergent. Socks need to be turned inside out and hand washed in cold water. Let them both air dry.
