What Are Your Limits

Posted by Bobby Brown on March 07, 2025 - 5:14pm

What if the biggest limit in your life isn’t real?

Have you ever believed something about yourself… only to realize later it wasn’t true?

A skill you thought you’d never learn? A fear you thought you’d never conquer?

The Limits We Accept – Until Someone Redefines Them

Everything we call reality was once just an idea.

For centuries, limitations became societal - woven into our culture, into our understanding of what’s possible. They were passed down, unquestioned, until someone refused to accept them.

"Humans will never fly." Until the Wright brothers made it reality.

"No one can run a mile in under four minutes." Until Roger Bannister broke the barrier.

"We will never leave Earth." Until footprints were left on the moon.

What seemed impossible was only impossible ~ until it wasn’t.

But it’s not just the world that carries invisible limits.

We do too.

Somewhere along the way, we absorb beliefs about ourselves.

Maybe someone told you:

"You’re not smart enough."

"You’re not strong enough."

"You’re not the type of person who can do that."

And without realizing it, we build walls around our own potential.

I know, because I did too.

I was terrified of heights. The idea of standing at a great height sent chills down my spine.

I was also afraid of stairs. At one point, the thought of climbing down endless staircases felt impossible.

And yet~

✅ I walked 135 meters down into the salt mines in Poland.

✅ I sat in a helicopter, weightless above the earth, feeling no fear at all.

The fear I had once accepted as part of me? It wasn’t real.

It was just a limitation I hadn’t challenged yet.

🚀 Limits don’t disappear on their own.

They are shattered by those who dare to dream beyond and challenge them.

So what do we still believe is impossible today - simply because no one has challenged it yet?

What ideas, dreams, or visions do we dismiss?

Not because they are unrealistic…

…but because no one has proved them possible yet?

Maybe it’s a cure we haven’t found.

Maybe it’s a world we don’t yet believe in.

Maybe it’s you - standing on the edge of something greater than you can see.

History has shown us time and time again:

🔥 The impossible is only impossible until someone does it.

And the moment something is proven possible ~ someone else achieves it.

Often within the same day.

👇 Now tell me:

What’s one belief about yourself you’ve broken through?

Or one you’re ready to challenge today?
