What iS Your Mind Telling You?

OUR MIND IS THE ONLY THING HOLDING US BACK FROM THE LIFE WE DESIRE!!!

Everything in life starts and ends with our minds.

Our minds are responsible for our entire conscious experience as they are the source of all of our thoughts, deeply rooted beliefs, assumptions, attitudes, and perceptions about ourselves and life as a whole.

Our minds control what we believe is possible for ourselves and the world.

Our minds are responsible for both all of our suffering as well as all of our joy.

This is because our thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions dictate how we feel and respond to any situation in life.

The limiting beliefs we all hold are what hold us back from reaching or even trying to reach our full potential.

A limiting belief is defined as "a state of mind, conviction or belief that you think to be true that limits you in some way."

Examples of common limiting beliefs are:

"I'm not good enough."

"I'm not smart enough."

"I'm too old."

"I could never lose this weight."

"I always fail."

These limiting beliefs control the conversation going on in our heads, which then control how we go through life.

Our limiting beliefs were often ingrained into us as children either based of our parenting, schooling, or some traumatic event as a child that has shaped who we are now and still unconsciously has control over us.

But there's good news!

We are capable of getting rid of these limiting beliefs and rewire our subconscious to have our minds serve us and make us limitless, instead of taming us and keeping us limited.

We often view are limiting beliefs as facts, when they're actually just false assumptions or opinions that we have about

ourselves or the world.

Are you really not smart enough? Or is learning difficult for you because you constantly tell yourself you're not smart enough?

Are you really too old? Or do you just use this as an excuse to not take a chance and try/learn something new?

Could you really never lose all that weight? Or are you just not willing to make the lifestyle choices necessary to do so?

Nearly all limiting beliefs can be debunked and when we do this we give ourselves the power to become the person we want to be!

We all have our own inner critic that judges everything we do and inhibits us from becoming the person we want to be, causing us much heartache and emotional pain.

We need to stop listening to that inner critic though because that inner critic is basing everything off of what we're currently capable of based off the decisions we've made thus far.

Our inner critic has no idea though of what we're capable of when we stop listening to it and decide to make new decisions that serve us and our growth.

We can hear what our inner critic has to say but still not listen to it.

Our inner critic is part of us, a part of us that just wants to keep us safe in a way because it wants to keep us in our comfort zone, so we don't want to hate our inner critic we just need to not listen to it because that holds us back from what's truly possible!

SO QUIT LISTENING TO YOUR INNER CRITIC, LET GO OF YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS, AND HAVE YOUR MIND WORK FOR YOU NOT AGAINST YOU!!!
