Because of this, many people have come to believe that health insurance should cover all their medical needs, but covering more costs more, so health insurance prices have gotten higher and higher in order to pay for things that insurance was never meant to cover.

The first step in bringing costs down is to refocus coverage on emergency and catastrophic events so that health insurance functions like true insurance again which of course due to policitics, it will never happen
