How big and exciting the world seemed, and how ready we felt to conquer it.  Life, and its obstacles, have an insidious way of slowly extinguishing that flame… until there is very little light left to see the full greatness of our potential.

We were told to stop day dreaming, to ‘get real’ and to stop asking for more.  We were set on a trajectory of following our parents footsteps and much of our lives played out like the echo of a song written for someone else.  Get good grades, get a steady job, settle down ..

Yet in every single every town, as the lights go down for the evening and mothers walk through darkened homes collecting laundry off the floor, I suspect - no, I know - that there are women entertaining a quiet little thought: what if my life could be a little better?

Today, I want to invite you to indulge in that possibility.  I want to invite you to remember who you really are.  But knowing who you are, firstly requires knowing who you are not.  You are not just a mother, you are not just a wife, you are not the sum of your mistakes, you not limited nor being punished.  You are worth fighting for.  Your dreams matter.

Asea is just a vehicle.   An incredible company and a breakthrough product indeed, but these molecules are nothing without YOU and your mission.  So in fact, YOU are the true miracle. It’s high time you stopped apologising for being extraordinary.  

There has been a long misunderstanding between the notion of being a ‘nice person’ and the notion of being fierce.  Growing up, many of us were taught that ambition was evil, that making money was for the greedy and that there was almost something noble about ‘being happy with your lot in life’.  But the truth is, there is nothing noble about hiding your light.  There is nothing brave about being less than you could be, or changing less lives than you could impact.  

There is a powerfully fierce version of you, waiting at the gate, to be released.

So unleash your wildest desires.  Dare to be a woman of influence, of courage, of strength.  Be bold and authentic.  Claim the abundance that is your birthright.  Fight for your tribe.  Show your children that the world is a place of harvest, not hardship; of possibilities and delight.

Because when you look at life in this light: womanhood is the ultimate business advantage.

Stand aside world, there is nothing more fierce than a Queen who is ready to reach for her crown.
