Chad Vogt is a professional sales associate that represents Florida Shores Real Estate located in Englewood, Florida. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting him when he showed up on time to show us a house in Port Charlotte Florida this month (August 2015). I've been looking at houses but even more so many realtors for over 6 months now. I wanted my next home buying experience to be unlike any other. I sent out several emails/text to a few selected realtors one night of whom I've had some background info and pictures of.

I only reached out to him that night because he was listing one of the properties that I wanted to see. I figure it was shot in the dark but oh well ... go for it. I think it only took him about 15-20 minutes late that night to respond. Mr. Chad Vogt and I exchanged a few text messages that night before he set the appointment for the next morning.

 

We all arrived at the house the next day and OMGoodness what a GREAT time it was for us. Out popped this low keyed but well mannered guy that at first I wasn't really sure about. After he started his tour I was able to see and feel his true personality. We then went to the second house and then I realized that this unknown realtor "Mr. Chad Vogt" of Florida Shores Real Estate was the right person for us. All questions were answered in detail, which I know made my wife feel good too. I could not have asked for a more professional, no pressure but a very informative realtor. I think that Chad was so good that we were almost ready to buy something even though we told him we weren't ready to buy for at least another year.

 

All I can say is that if you're looking to buy a home in the Port Charlotte, North Port and or the Punta Gorda area, Chad Vogt is someone that you can trust. He takes his time to listen and understand what you want and then he goes to work. I was actually interviewing this young man from the 3rd house onward. Chad Vogt is as real and knowledgeable of a realtor that you could ever want. Thank you Mr. Chad Vogt for all of your time, knowledge and hospitality in helping us search for our new retirement home.
