Invite your MarketHive friends and team members to your own presentations ... and attend their presentations too. Whatever your conference requirements, we are sure HiveRoom will have what you need.
Duration of a meeting has a maximum time of 1 hour 45 minutes starting from when the first person joins.
Every scheduled meeting has a unique website address, which you can send to your team members to join the conference.
 
Here are just some of the features: -
Record and Playback. HiveRoom can record your meetings for later playback by you and your team members. (Coming Soon)
Whiteboard. Whiteboard controls let you annotate and call out key parts of your presentation for viewers.
Desktop Sharing. Go beyond slides. The presenter can broadcast their desktop for all team members to see. Works on Mac, Unix and PC.
Integrated VoIP. HiveRoom voice conferencing supports voice over IP (VOIP) conferencing. All your team members need are speakers and a microphone to participate.
Presentation. The presenter can upload any PDF presentation or Microsoft office document to present, zoom, pan, and keep members in sync.
Webcam. Multiple users can share their webcam at the same time. There is no built-in limit on the number of simultaneously active webcams.
 
All members can schedule a meeting for up to 5 people.
If you require a larger seating capacity, then go to the Settings on the left-hand side where you can upgrade.
