DID YOU KNOW?

DID YOU KNOW that inside our body, damage control is a "redox function"?

Supplementing redox molecules results in a kind of "self-realization" in the body of the work that needs to be done.

As cells throughout the body are repaired or commit "cell suicide" if they are beyond repair, debris enters the bloodstream. In addition, organs and tissues will begin to detoxify. This is a very good thing.

Don't be surprised during the first 1-3 months of beginning redox molecules if you experience some degree of unpleasantness (although not everyone will.) Fatigue, headache, inflammation, gastrointestinal discomfort or flu-like symptoms are not uncommon. This is temporary, transitional, and a good sign that the redox molecules are working.

DID YOU KNOW that discomfort can be avoided or soothed by:

1.) staying well-hydrated. Drink 1/2 your body weight # in ounces of water to quickly flush waste from the bloodstream. (For example, a 128-pound person would drink [128 divided by 2 which is] 64 ounces or eight 8-ounce cups.) Think of it as medicine!

2.) eating early and often to support the increase in metabolism and mitochondrial density that redox molecules stimulate

3.) get your heart pumping a couple of times a day with a short burst of exercise.

4.) taking a little extra rest or sleep.

Keep in mind that you are on your way to being rewarded with a more youthful body, improved and balanced function at every level, and rejuvenation of cells and tissue throughout your body.
