Zachary Bush MD is my ASEA sponsor. He is triple Board certified, in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology & Metabolism, Hospice & Palliative Care. Dr. Bush won the James Waring Award in recognition of outstanding scholarship in the field of Internal Medicine in 2001. He was accepted into the prestigious Endocrinology fellowship at the University of Virginia.
Where he honed his medical expertise in managing hormone disorders ranging from diabetes and thyroid conditions, to osteoporosis and tumors of the pituitary gland. During three years of research, he initiated the first human studies using the vitamin A compound, bexarotene, for the treatment of the pituitary tumors that cause Cushing’s disease. During the course of his eight years of medical practice at UVA Dr. Bush developed an increasingly skeptical view on pharmaceutical studies and their purported clinical outcomes, and realized that his patients were far more motivated to pursue real health and healing than the medical community was giving them credit for. He created the Revolution Health Center in Scottsville, VA and is dedicated to the restoration and maintenance of optimal health. Here is a one hour talk he gave in 2012 for those who are interested.
