The digestive tract is quite complex. It is a long and complicated process. The pancreas is   very important in this process. It neutralizes and regulates acidic food through the use of enzymes which help your body to digest the proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids from the food you eat. A healthy pancreas regulates the sugar in your system giving you a stronger digestive system. In order to do this job properly, the pancreas needs the following foods.
 
1. Turmeric
Turmeric has many health benefits, like anti-inflammatory benefits. The pancreas can experience burning sensations and turmeric can help to reduce them significantly. This natural product helps also the pancreas to produce insulin which prevents diabetes and regulates the blood sugar levels.
 
2. Garlic
