How To put a Vimeo video in a post

On the vimeo file you want to use 

After you click the shae icon at the bottom of the Share this video pop-up is the embed section. Highlight and copy ths iframe content. Also notice it tells you how wide the embed will be.

Go into your Markethive blog post and click the Source tool icon.

Paste the iframe code and click the Source tool icon again to get back to WYSIWYG mode.

It should loook something like this:
