"Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll have heard that the US government just wrapped up the longest shutdown in its history. And while Washington was gridlocked, the crypto market was spiraling. Bitcoin tanked, and spot BTC ETFs saw some of their heaviest outflows ever.
But here’s the twist: some of the spot altcoin ETFs - especially the newer ones - reportedly didn’t log a single day of net outflows. Not one. So today, we’re taking a closer look at these new spot altcoin ETFs, and telling you whether it hints at altcoins outperforming once the crypto market inevitably bounces back.
Spoiler: the signs are pointing to yes."

The video examines the recent launch of spot Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) for several altcoins, suggesting their market resilience during a crypto downturn could signal a potential for future outperformance. It details the status of ETFs for five specific cryptocurrencies: XRP, which has attracted significant institutional demand due to its function in cross-border payments; Solana, whose ETFs provide exposure to its rapidly growing ecosystem and have accumulated substantial inflows, helping to stabilize its price; Dogecoin, which has launched a genuine spot ETF capitalizing on its position as the largest memecoin and speculation about its use on the X platform; Litecoin, which has seen very little activity and low demand for its single approved ETF; and Hedera, whose single ETF has performed well with strong inflows, despite not yet impacting its price. The video concludes that the positive demand seen in these altcoin ETFs, coupled with many more pending approvals for these and other altcoins like Polkadot and Shiba Inu, suggests a foundation is being laid for a potential broader altcoin market rally.
