In the process of changing from carbohydrate foods as energy source for my body to fat based energy food sources (ketogenic diet). Starting with several days of fasting, then intermittent fasting to force the body to burn fat instead of carbs. And, of course eating healthy fats in between. This is intended to reduce inflammation, along with other stated health benefits.  Ketogenic Diet
