I have to take precaution, because L-Arginine is a vasodilator. If I take too much near bed-time, there can be complications. While sleep our heart rate goes down, so, if I take it  too close to bed time and wake up during the night for bathroom runs - my heart rate has already slowed down and my blood vessels are dilated. Yeah... LOW BLOOD PRESSURE.

The feelings of weakness, dizziness, nausea and the potential for fainting is always possible. And obviously fainting can lead to a major injury.. So, I am cautious about when I take L-Arginine.
