I do..! And, I do it very often. Just this simple act will motivate you to take your hearts needs into consideration. ( "I ove you heart, I really do" )
What Is Cardiovascular Disease?:
Heart and blood vessel disease — cardiovascular disease also called heart disease — includes numerous problems, many of which are related to a process called atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is a condition that develops when a substance called plaque builds up in the walls of the arteries. This buildup narrows the arteries, making it harder for blood to flow through. If a blood clot forms, it can stop the blood flow. This can cause a heart attack or stroke. ( source: "American Heart Association")
Here is a great video that I like. Maybe it will be informative for you as well: Naturally Reverse Hardened Arteries.
Some foods that I avoid as often as possible:
1. Trans-fats ( hydrogenated fats ).
2. Fried Foods.
3. Vegetable Oils ( except possible high quality Olive Oil & Coconut Oils ).
4. Wheat and most grains ( they are converted to sugar )....
5. Dairy ( Lactose is converted to sugar )
Some things that help improve the Cardiovascular System:
1. Exercise
2. Reduce Stress in Your Life.
3. Increase consumption of "Organic" Fruits & Vegetables.
Some indications that you maybe having Cardiovascular Issues:
1.Tightness / or / Pain In the Chest Area.
2. Unusual Nausea or Sweating.
3. Difficulty Breathing.
4. Digestive Issues - can also be an indication of Cardiovascular Issues.
5. High Blood Pressure.
There are many more issues you should consider when trying to maintain a healthy Cardiovascular System. So always get medical advise regarding your specific "physical and mental state".
Always Consult with your Doctor or Medical Practitioner if changing your diet/ adding supplements/ and/or increasing your exercise routine could cause serious health issues for you".
